At The Beauty Xtenso, we currently ship orders using trusted third-party courier partners including:

Most courier partners support automated WhatsApp notifications and shipment updates depending on the availability and accessibility of WhatsApp services on your registered mobile number.

You may receive:

  • Order pickup updates

  • In-transit notifications

  • Out for delivery alerts

  • Delivery confirmation messages

However, notification delivery depends entirely on the respective courier partner systems and WhatsApp availability.

If you do not receive any shipment notification within 1 business day after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays), please contact our support team. We will make our best effort to assist you with tracking details and shipment status as quickly as possible.
